How Alignment Creates Capacity with S.E. Martin

How Alignment Creates Capacity with S.E. Martin
“It's always an option for you to want to do incredible things.” - S.E. Martin

Not sure what’s next? This week’s podcast is for you.

I’m talking with writer S.E. Martin (aka Shauna’h), and I’ve had the privilege of watching her evolve over the past six years inside FLOW365.

Shauna’h has a full-time career and is the mom of three. During our time together, I’ve watched her get healthy, explore new business ideas, spend six months in Spain homeschooling her children, and most recently become a published romance novelist.

What’s inspiring isn’t just what she’s accomplished, it’s how she’s continued to listen for what’s next and give herself permission to evolve.

We even featured her books in the Romance Collection in the summer issue of Pause Magazine.

In our conversation, Shauna’h shares why the structure, rituals, and community of FLOW365 have continued to support her through each new season of life. As her dreams have changed, she’s found that the planning process and the women around her have helped her keep moving toward them.

If you’re wondering what’s next for you, I think you’ll really enjoy this conversation.

We talk about:

  • How support can help you not lose yourself in the now and look ahead to what you want
  • The importance of learning to take care of yourself
  • Why you can keep getting things out of FLOW as you evolve
  • Making choices — what you can cut out to keep the things that really matter
  • How FLOW’s Get It Done days help move projects forward and balance the things you need to do
  • Getting overwhelmed trying to figure it all out yourself and how amazing the FLOW community is
