This is How My Energy is Designed to Operate with Kendra Woods

Your human design reminds you: this is who I am. This is how my energy is designed to operate.
I love that way of looking at it. If you haven’t explored Human Design or have your report lost on your drive somewhere, take a listen to this conversation with Kendra Woods, who is a breakthrough mentor for sole-led entrepreneurial women who specializes in Human Design.
We dig into shame and struggle of feeling like you should be further along or moving faster — and why you’re doing fine. We really look at the ways we are always becoming and how Human Design helps us navigate different transitions and seasons.
We talk about:
- How everything needs a pause to reflect and recalibrate — you can’t just keep moving on to the next thing
- Human design helping us remember who we are — because we forget sometimes when we’re in the middle of everything
- Taking back our own power and knowing how we best make decisions — we don’t all do it the same way and your HD authority can help
- Trust your own timing — don’t bogged down in what other people’s timeline looks like
- As we evolve and grow our businesses do too
- Remembering that you are the breakthrough
DOABLE CHANGES
At the end of every episode, we share three doable changes, so you can take what you’ve heard and put it into action. Action is where change happens.
Even though we want big change, it’s really little things done over and over that make the difference. So pick a doable thing. Put it in your calendar. Weave it through your days for a week and then move on to the next one. It will have a snowball effect.
Here are three Doable Changes from this conversation:
- LEARN ABOUT YOUR HUMAN DESIGN. If you don’t have your chart, get it done! If you have it, but it felt confusing, go find what your type and authority are and then learn about those.
- RECLAIM DECISION MAKING POWER. Once you learn more about how you best make decisions, use that the next time you have to make a decision. It might mean sleeping on it or having somebody ask you questions or feeling into your body. It’s different for each design.
- SCHEDULE AN END OF WEEK PAUSE. Set aside a few minutes to reflect on what you did over the past week. Ask: What went well? What didn’t go well? What have you learned from both? Who have you become? How will that inform what you do next week?
