Become Your Own Inspiration with Gina Vincent

Become Your Own Inspiration with Gina Vincent
“The promise with exquisitely aligned is that we become more intuitive. We become our own inspiration.” - Gina Vincent

Frightened and enlightened? Or run for the hills? How do you face intimidating invitations from the universe? I’m really excited to dig into this question with Gina Vincent, a transformation expert who helps women be more aligned. I often say planning is deciding in advance. I also believe planning is a form of alignment. What happens when you look to the horizon instead of getting too stuck on what’s in front of you?

Gina believes in making time for rest, for allowing invitations to come to us. We need time and space for our heartfelt desires to open.

Conversations bring balance to our lives — even if they are conversations with ourselves. We can do that through journaling or meditating. These things help us find our voice, why we feel as we do, and what we are dreaming about or desiring.

We talk about:

  • Pairing your voice with your intuition
  • When not to speak
  • Finding our soul level truths
  • Balance, like a tree pose, and finding that in our lives
  • Becoming our own inspiration
  • Bringing energy into yourself and then giving it to someone else.

    DOABLE CHANGES

At the end of every episode, we share three doable changes, so you can take what you’ve heard and put it into action. Action is how change happens.

Often we feel like our actions have to be huge to match the bigness of our desires, but we have seen over and over and over again that the little things add up. By stacking up a series of Doable Changes, you will create that big change that you crave. Choose the one that really resonates with you this week and really make it part of your life.

    Doable Changes from this conversation:

HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH YOURSELF. You can speak your ideas aloud or journal them. You could start with the question: How do I feel? Why do I feel this way? Or What do I truly desire? Keep writing (or talking) often times the answer is there, but not right at the surface.

SHARE ENERGY. Put a hand on your belly and one on your chest. Close your eyes. Breathe. Bring energy of love, compassion, or gratitude into yourself. Then breathe that out and share it with somebody else.

PLAN TIME TO REST. Give yourself time — even five minutes in the day—to get quiet. Let yourself rest. Let yourself be open to let invitations come to you. Let yourself be quiet to hear your heart’s desires and your intuition. We are all so busy, but we all need this time. Five minutes can make a difference. Once you feel that, you might want more.
